Accomplishments

As VP Sales with one of Canada’s premier software product and consulting firms, the sales team sold the company’s wealth management product to two major Canadian banks (expected revenue to exceed $10 million).

As Manager of Organizational Development and Compensation, established training and organizational development programs including “Quality of Work Life” initiatives, which provided new concepts in team building, reduced management costs, improved product quality and ensured that company plants would remain union free.

As General Manager of an international software and consulting firm, increased company’s profitability by more than 1000%. Managed the growth of the company’s financial services division (Mutual Funds) to more than 40 clients in Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

As General Manager of an international software and consulting firm, introduced the company’s pension product line to the banking sector and successfully implemented systems for three major Canadian banks.

Out Of The Office

John lives in Oakville, Ontario, has a beautiful wife and a daughter. John is involved in community affairs and has volunteered for such organizations as Special Olympics, Salvation Army and others.
