Mark (CPBA, CPVA) is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst who has specialized in the areas of talent selection and talent development. Qualified to interpret a range of personality profiling instruments, Mark's contribution to organizations directly affects their bottom lines by analyzing their goals, values and need for specific core competencies, against those of their personnel and candidates to put the right people in the right roles.

Mark brings an understanding of the importance of correct recruiting, proactive targeted talent development and intentional succession planning to his work in helping organizations to find and develop the best talent for their success. His work annually saves companies untold wasted resources in wrong people choices.

Out Of The Office

Mark has worked with behavioural assessments for nearly 20 years, has an Honours BA in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario and a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies from Regent College. His interests outside the office include hockey, piano, NT textual criticism and origins science.
