Donna and her husband, Vance, founded Peak Performance Systems in 1985. Since then, the organization has been a key player in the training and development business, providing high-impact services to hundreds of clients in the private and public sectors.

• managing the telemarketing groupcoordinating the programs and seminarsoverseeing the financial operations
• providing general advisement, direction, and support to the consultants

Donna also acts as the primary interface with the organization’s clients, providing them with support and information as needed.

Her reputation in the training and development business is long established and well deserved.

On a personal level, Donna lives in Cambridge, Ontario, has two daughters and three grandchildren. She is active in her community and enjoys going to her cottage in northern Ontario.
