Danielle has designed/implemented such programs as executive coaching for improved performance, change initiatives, needs/gap analysis, performance improvement strategies, leadership & management development, conflict resolution, mentor program design, diversity training, communication skills training, sexual harassment training, sales training & work/life balance.
  • As Director of HR/OD with a growing finance company, Danielle designed & implemented a change management initiative, which resulted in a 20% reduction in turnover and a 25% reduction in process time within the credit department.
  • As a Manager with a large retail chain, Danielle implemented management & leadership development programs & trained all employees on effective communications and conflict resolution. A 30% increase in profit was recognized.
  • As the National Liaison for a large trucking firm, Danielle was able to creatively solve a specific major logistical problem, partner with a large trailer manufacturer and retain one of the company’s most profitable accounts.
