High Performance Management II |
The High Performance Management II (HPMII) training program is a logical extension of High Performance Management I (HPMI). Many organizations choose to utilize this program after they have completed HPMI. Like HPMI, HPMII should be conducted with time in-between the modules to allow for application and to maximize retention. Each of the modules are available as separate sessions if desired.
